One of the major requirements they had for a sales support tool was that it would be able to allow consultants to easily evaluate their clients’ skin within seconds. Furthermore, the tool had to be reliable, establishing their consultants as skin experts.
The challenge for USP Demo Solutions was to translate Belcorp’s needs to a sales support tool that enabled consultants to easily perform a reliable skin analysis. Based on this evaluation, the consultant would then be able to recommend the best matching cosmetic product(s).
The experts at USP Demo Solutions also worked intensely on ensuring the right size and shape of the sales support tool. This way Belcorp consultants could perform several analyses per card.
The Challenge
