The goal was to create an easy-to-use, accurate tool that could guide consumers toward the best product regimen for their unique skin concerns. Designed for flexibility, the tool could be used independently or with the assistance of a beauty advisor.

The team introduced an interactive Skin Type Tester that engaged consumers directly at POS locations. The test involved a simple two-step process:

Remove : Consumers use a skin test strip to sample skin from various facial zones (T-Zone, chin, cheek) and assess their skin texture.

The Challenge
